Subject: [Nexlinx] Nationwide Service Degradation on Internet
Valued Customer,
We have been informed by our upstream that they are observing an issue with SMW5 submarine cable system and all internet traffic on SMW5 is affected.
IMPACT: Service level is impacted and degradation is being observed due to this issue.
We are in strong coordination with the upstream provider for the earliest resolution.
Further updates will be shared accordingly as received.
